| Darbo pobūdis: | Daily ART small family owned producer of hobby supplies for scrapbooking, home decor, and other crafts inviting new member to our sales team. SALES MANAGER ASSISTANT Responsible for supporting sales manager on generation of leads, follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ·Maintain customer database. ·Direct sales leads generation making cold calls, cold emails, social networking ·Research appropriate person contact via cold emails, telephone calls, social networking. ·Identify customer needs through analysis of customer assortment and direct contact. ·Assist customers during ordering. ·Follow up on sales leads. ·Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence. · Explain promotional offers, and new products concept to new and existing customers. ·Arrange meetings with potential clients for sales manager and coordinate travelling. ·Ensure all client information is correct. ·Prepare monthly sales analysis reports and submits to sales manager ·Prepare quarterly customer satisfaction reports and submits to marketing manager |
| Reikalavimai darbuotojui: | ·Is reliable, responsible, trustworthy person. ·Bachelor in business administration or related field. ·Perfect oral and written English is a must, second EU language is preferred. ·Understanding that a customer is a human. ·Good active listening abilities. ·Verbal and written communication skills both formal and informal. ·Superior interpersonal skills ·Customer service skills. ·Experience working as a member of a sales team is preferred |
