Darbo pobūdis:We are looking for Development Manager to deal with production process, to contribute to the formulation of the development strategy and assist in the delivery of the resultant action plans.
Lead on new business opportunities, manage the delivery of the development program and supervise project delivery staff.
Form and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that high quality reporting and communications are provided when required.





Reikalavimai darbuotojui:
  • Development process managing and team integration
  • Carrying out communication with key partners
  • Developing monetisation models and setting main KPI’s.
  • Optimization of development pipeline based on the principles of continuous integration and max automation
  • Planning (development, budget and assets) and risk management. Handling changes and solving problems
  • Business Operation on a daily basis: cash flow, contracts, invoicing, etc.
  • Improving team efficiency by adjusting communication, providing feedback, tracking progress, removing obstacles.
  • Managing Releases, Product Localization and Support.



Privalumai:
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • Have 2+ years working experience as a Development Manager, managing projects with medium to high complexity;
  • Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Are able to operate effectively in all kind of organizational structure;
  • Have ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels;
  • Are able to organize work in situations with lot of ambiguities;
  • Foster a sense of energy, ownership and personal commitment to the work;
  • Are able to address customer needs by involving the right people (resources) at the right time, have proven capabilities to motivate, manage and develop team members;
  • Are open to different views, backgrounds and personalities;
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written);
  • Have good communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
