We are looking experienced crewing HR Manager who is ready to take the role of Head of HR - to lead a team of professionals in daily operations responding to our client's needs.
If you have good leadership skills, willing to grow, have good experience in crewing - we would like to talk with you!

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and result-driven candidate for this role, a person who will be able to share Ideas, implement changes and operate with full control daily crewing tasks leading a team of Hr Managers and recruiters.
Head of HR - is a part of the company Management team and will have full support from company director in daily questions and activities of running operational side of office activities.

Your main activity is to work with a Team of professionals responding to crewing daily tasks and our client's requests. You shall be able to prioritize incoming clients requests, properly distribute the workload, and be able to prioritize key tasks of dynamically changing daily operations. Flexibility and proper communication are the main factors in your job role success.

The ideal candidate shall have senior-level experience in crewing office, have previous experience in the role of the HR manager and have experience in managing a team of at least 5 persons or more.

Head of HR is required to have enough experience, leadership skills and appropriate training in order to organize and spread the workload between team members and act as a team leader once and when needed;

As a leading manager shall be able to motivate the team, to communicate constantly with the whole team, to keep constant dialogue and continuously supervise a constructive collaboration within the whole team;

Head of HR shall monitor work environment in the office, communicate with the whole team ensuring good atmosphere is kept at all times, preventing deteriorating situations which could lead to improper organization and work in the team;

Shall constantly communicate with MD or Deputy MD in case of any arising problems or issues, and is always free to ask for advice or request extra training for the job title – to performant high standard;

Head of HR is empowered and responsible to set targets and goals for the whole team – weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly; Must build up and follow up goals and objectives program, participate in KPI goals achievements.

Head of HR is empowered to review procedures and suggest any changes, implement new procedures or processes after approval of MD or deputy MD;

Shall delegate tasks, divide workload and work in team with other HR Managers /Assistant HR Managers/ Recruiters/ HR Specialist;

Shall evaluate and monitor client’s requests situation and distribute workload between HR Managers and Assist Managers/ recruiters in order to provoke team work and harmonised workload throughout whole HR Team. Head of HR authorised to make temporary deviations from agreed Clients Distribution and Delegation list;
