| Характер работы: | Currently we are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Business Analyst to join our friendly team! As a Business Analyst, you will play the main role in linking our information technology capacity and our business objectives. You main goal will be to support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks. Do not miss your chance! You will work with the world's largest human resources consulting firm, headquartered in New York City. The company has more than 20,500 employees. It is based in more than 40 countries and operates internationally in more than 130 countries. It is the biggest HR consultancy firm in the world, its services are used by 97% of Fortune 500 companies. The Project is a tool that collects employees insurance and benefits data for further processing. We focus on building several web applications with integration to internal systems. Project methodology is Kanban with high focus on test automation and usage of comprehensive development practices. The goal of the project is to enable client’s data ingestion and validation. Stakeholders are distributed among the US, Europe and Asia. Developers are from Belarus, Ukraine and Lithuania. You will have a great opportunity to learn the internal processes of a worldwide customer. |
| Требования к работнику: | Requirements: ●Minimum of 5 + years experience in business analysis or a related field; ●Hands on experience with Gherkin; ●Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ●The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions; ●Advanced technical skills; ●Excellent documentation skills; ●Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ●Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations; ●Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; ●Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills; ●Experience leading and developing top performing teams; ●Understanding of requirements, its different types, and stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation and management); ●Understanding the full software development lifecycle. |
