Darbo pobūdis: | Main duties & responsibilities:
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties; Administrating a database of candidates; Assistance in processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such candidate’s selection & recruitment; Posting job offers on various portals and keep track of received CVs; Processing and reviewing CVs; Managing phone calls and correspondence; Good and motivated person would be promoted to HR Manager in the future.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui: | Required Skills:
Experience in HR/Crewing Agency work; Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages; Knowledge of Maritime industry regulations and standards; Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook; Good ability of working and managing different databases; Knowledge of MLC & ISO Standards; Teamwork; Attention to details.
