Belam is opening new positions for the long-term contract for the unique project in Norway -implementation of the ERTM system on the national railway network. Belam will be responsible for the installation and testing of the signaling system’s equipment on railway lines all over Norway.

| Характер работы: | - Implement the company’s quality management and HSE policies;
- Evaluate all necessary HSE and Quality management plans (reviews and updates);
- Ensure HSE activities according to all legal guidelines;
- Conducts HSE and Quality audits;
- Takes part in accident/incident investigation. Carrie out accidents/incidents statistics, identify trends and provide avoiding or mitigation plans;
- Handle non-conformity, take preventive actions and suggest corrective (if needed) actions;
- Oversee all work-related procedures to identify deviations from quality standards;
- Perform HSE risk assessments;
- Provide support to senior management on any HSE & Quality related subject;
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.

| Требования к работнику: | - Bachelor's degree (Quality management/HSE);
- Coaching and training experience (Preferred);
- Experience working on Construction sites with a minimum of 1 year;
- High standard attitude towards the company;
- Good grips of MS package (word, excel);
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in Lithuanian and English languages;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational ability;
- Communication skills;
- Detail-oriented;
- A ‘Can do’ attitude;
- Driving license.
