| Job description: | We are expanding and looking for a HR Assistant / Administrator, who is willing to take new challenges and join our great and growing team. If you have experience in documents and administration, good IT/Computer skills, good English, Russian and Lithuanian languages - rest we will teach you! Surely, the advantage would be experience in the Maritime or Offshore field. | Requirements for employee: | Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages; Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook; Good ability to work under flexible time schedule and manage different databases; Positive attitude and proactive behavior; Good communicational skills, the ability to understand detailed information; Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels; To be proactive and show initiative in order to assist HR Managers in all recruitment related tasks; Attention to details. |
