Требования к работнику:
  • Ensure effective management of the integrity, volume, budget, schedule, human resources, risks and purchases of the project;
  • Cooperate with service providers and external institutions on project implementation issues;
  • Provide suggestions for improving performance, applying good global practice, innovative solutions.
  • To assemble and lead the project team, to motivate it, to delegate tasks and to achieve the objectives of the project, in accordance with the scheduled stages, commitments and deadlines.
  • To prepare and submit project activity reports, proposals, documents of requirements.
Преимущества:
  • Experience in project management for at least 2 years (in IT and EU projects and work with public sector would be advantage);
  • Excellent planning, communication, negotiation and team management skills;
  • Ability to coordinate the interests of different countries, seek compromises, propose solutions and implement it;
  • Strategic thinking, goal orientation, willingness to improve and openness to innovations,;
  • Higher education (in information technology, economics, business management would be advantage);
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • MS Project and other MS Office program skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
